Generally, our customers have had two choices when it comes to preserving Jeremy’s show at their event on video – a professional videographer charging $1,000+ or, at the opposite end of the spectrum, a family member or friend filming what they can. King Productions is now offering a great middle ground option - a basic video package that can film Jeremy's show and deliver it you on a custom DVD for just $200!
While we are not a professional videography service, we can provide you with an enjoyable product at a reasonable price. Our equipment is very good at capturing live performance footage. The camera we use is a SONY PJ-710V camera which delivers a sharp picture quality. This camera is also well known for achieving among the very best results in low-light situations (which is the lighting situation for most of our shows). As for the sound, it is never easy to achieve perfect results as every room and set-up is different and the quality is also affected by the amount/type of background noise. That being said, we are able to capture the best possible results in this price range by using an independent RODE live sound microphone that is set up on a stand that is independent of the camera itself.
However, it must be noted, if the quality of the videography of your event is of the utmost importance to you (i.e. wedding), this is not the way to go. Again, we are your budget "I just want a DVD to watch" option. You can view a less than 5 minute sample of our videography work here...(please note, in order to accurately show the picture quality and clarity, the video file size is quite large and it can take a few minutes to buffer and load the video...please be patient.)
If you hire us to film your event, you will receive a DVD 2-4 weeks after your event that will include the following:
-Custom label in a slimline jewel case
-Title Menu with event title, date, and photo of Jeremy
-Chapter Menus by song title that allows you to go to your favorite songs
You may purchase additional DVD copies for just $10 each...just let us know how many you need!
